These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlayTube mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.
PlayTube is a media player that allows you to search for and play publicly available online content, including content from third-party platforms such as YouTube. The App does not host, own, or control this content. Availability of content depends on third-party sources and may change or become unavailable at any time.

The App, including its design, logos, and software (excluding third-party content played through it), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their terms.
The free version of the App is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of ads. Purchasing a Premium subscription removes advertising.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content will always be available. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App relies on and links to third-party services, including Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase, and content platforms such as YouTube. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
